The 28/81 Carmanah Strander Ring is easily removed and replaced in the field. |
Carmanah has established a program to return the Strander Ring to OEM dimensional targets (dependent on the overall ring condition) after being in production for a number of years. The Ring is removed from the machine and shipped to our Vancouver facility for a complete inspection and any necessary refurbishing or repairs.
Our comprehensive inspection program promotes machine safety and minimizes potential down-time. On-site machine inspections are followed up with detailed written reports, providing mill management with a full overview of machine conditions.
