Design Features
- Simplified screen removal / change.
- Designed for easy and low cost installation.
- Mounting can be overhead utilizing customer steel supports or base mounted where the screen is suspended within its own integral steel frame.
- Bottom screen has the unique “chip waterfall” that allows chips to tumble as they are travelling, greatly improving fines removal.
- Large landing platform helps to evenly distribute chips prior to entering top screening area.
- The drive components are easily accessible and designed for long life.
- High screening capacity and efficiencies are achieved by our unique drive configuration which maximizes the throw and RPM and causes minimum obstruction of the screen area.
- Clean-out access ports located in the sides and back of the frame.
